Janet's long and successful career in theratre, including with the Boston Shakespeare Company, has honed her performances the perfection found in her current presentation of Tea with Eleanor Roosevelt and Me. Tea at 3 with Eleanor and Me is a timely portrayal of Eleanor Roosevelt as she navigates the twists and turns of an early life on her road toward becoming Mother of the World. Award winning performing artist Janet Rodgers presents this inspirational and heartwarming performance. She takes the audience on a journey as Eleanor faces her fears and her critics with determination, courage – and even a bit of humor. |

Feeling Thankful? Share With Others! You can help more than 750 families in our community enjoy their Thanksgiving Day by donating to Lower Cape Outreach Council! LCOC distributes Thanksgiving meals to families throughout the Lower and Outer Cape. The demand for these meals has grown (20% last year over 2023) and is expected to increase again this year as food costs continue to rise on the Cape. Want to pitch in? Click HERE to donate OR bring food gift cards to the October 8th Member Meeting! Sooooo easy! Are you interested in volunteering your time to help pack Thanksgiving baskets or aid a local non-profit on an as-needed basis?Join our Nauset Newcomers headed up by Susan Stempen. Join our New Film Discussion Group! Is a dark theatre, a flickering screen, and a box of popcorn your happy place? Then you need to join our new Film Discussion Group! This group will gather monthly to talk about film backgrounds, plots, motivations, and characters. Fun! ________________ Thirsty Thursdays is OPEN! Meet up with other Nauset Newcomers at Town Cove Taproom the first Thursday of every month to quench your thirst for beverages and friendship! Beer, seltzers, wine, & specialty wine drinks pair well with take out from area restaurants.
